Copying Your Screen

If you need to include a copy of your computer screen in a document, do the following:
- Press the PrintScreen button on your keyboard. This copies everything you see on the screen to your computer’s clipboard.
- In your word processing program, put your cursor where you want the copy of your computer screen to appear.
- Press Ctrl+V to paste the contents of the clipboard.
You can also paste the image of the screen in a graphics editing program (such as Paint or Photoshop) and edit the image.
