Printing Marked Up PDFs

When printing a PDF that has been marked up with highlights, boxes, and/or comments, you must specifically select the option (under Comments and Forms) for printing markups.  The box where this option is selected is below with an arrow pointing to it.  You will know you have selected the correct option when the preview of your document below the box shows the markups in the document.
